Professional Staff

MSUT staff members are available to provide assistance to researchers to identify, protect, market, license, and patent their inventions. MSUT also facilitates research by negotiating material transfer agreements and confidential disclosure agreements, and by assisting Contract and Grant Administration in negotiating intellectual property clauses in sponsored research agreements and related contracts.
