From its roots as the nation's pioneer land-grant institution, Michigan State University has a long tradition of using the knowledge developed at MSU to create practical solutions that make a difference for individuals and communities across Michigan, throughout the United States, and around the world. MSU Technologies plays an important role in carrying on this tradition by identifying, evaluating, and protecting innovations created by MSU's world-class researchers and transferring these innovations beyond MSU to benefit the public and to drive economic growth in the state of Michigan.
